There is a saying that fortune favors the brave. In the current lucrative, one can be easily swayed away from the regular paying job to start their own venture. Although only risk takers succeed, it is vital to have a well-laid plan in place beforehand. The same is the story behind Sourabh, who was looking for a great upcoming career path with good income level, a big nice house, and all the luxury stuff he wants. After completing his B.Tech in computer sciences he went on to pursue his career. His ingenuity and talents is evident from more than a dozen awards and certifications to his name.

When the idea “Rise My Venture”came up to his mind, he decided to start this business and be an entrepreneur with passion and values with his dreams. After careful planning, he said goodbye to his nice paying job and put all the ethics that he garnered into this business. He also has few other startups to his name, which clearly highlights his passion and determination.

Please provide a brief overview of your product/ service.

Rise My Venture, is a one stop shop for all startup solutions which has skills and expertise to facilitate complex business solutions. At Rise My Venture, we are providing from starting to launch services to entrepreneurs and students which will make their entrepreneurial journey a life changing experience. We have a squad of experts, who are working on modern entrepreneurial tools with vast experience to carry out marketing, branding, recruitment, consulting, online training, offline training, funding, events and resume service.

What inspired you to build the above product/ service?

Nowadays, there are many aspiring entrepreneurs/students eager to launch their startup in the market. But most of them don’t know how to start and where to start. These two questions strike to my mind so I decided to launch a common platform where entrepreneurs and students take professional startup support and services. We are providing starting to launch services to all entrepreneurs and students.

What is your life mantra?

When you are in love with your work, you can’t fall asleep because reality is finally better than your dreams.

What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?

The most challenging part was to aware the entrepreneurs and students regarding our product. If you serve your clients in a better way then it’s mandatory to build a trustworthy product in the market. Apart from that, there are many students in India even don’t know the meaning of startup and entrepreneurship. It does mean they don’t have an idea. They just need a trustworthy platform to turn their dreams into reality.

How did you overcome those challenges?

To build up a trust among students and entrepreneurs, you should have a strong profile. To build a trust among my clients, I use my LinkedIn profile and past achievements. I told them my two startups already selected for Hong Kong and Dublin conferences. I tried to hire campus ambassadors and other team members just to aware their fellow colleagues about startup culture in India. One thing which I have learned:-“Always treat your client like a guest with great pre and post product/service support”.

How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?

To overcome this problem, I always choose the right talent. I never give priority to my personal relations with other over the talent. I believe in –“coordinate your team like a family, never treat them like an employee but be sure if you build much family relations then you will be lost in your own goal.

Production of a company depends upon the promotion. I recommend all sales and marketing team members to promote the services as much as they can. I suggest to all entrepreneurs to post daily at least one post on Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn. This is the best way to connect with more people. I always believe in target. Set small target and beat your own target on the next working day.

I wish I could remove my well disciplined mentality. Sometimes madness is also useful to achieve success.

Start Working To Fulfill Your Dreams Unless And Until Someone Will Put You In Their Work To Fulfill his/her Dreams.

One mistake you believe every individual must avoid:

Taking more than 2 people as cofounders. One is best and two will be excellent. More than 2 cofounders will destroy your vision and goal. Don’t think that your best friend will be your best cofounder for your startup idea. I personally believe in one founder concept and hiring other people for some senior designations.

One most important lesson that you have learnt till now:

Never share your ideas with others unless and until you will be implemented and launched in the market.

What are your plans for next 3 years?

We have two different plans. One is if we will get funding from an angel or VC. Other one is if we will not get a funding. Our elevation and expansion depends upon these two different plans.

If you get a chance to start your career again what would you do differently this time?

I have already chosen entrepreneurship as my career. I don’t think there is a sense to start again. In fact, we all are marching towards the end.
