I am one of those budding entrepreneurs who have leveraged technology to untap opportunities worth exploring. Over the past few years, I have made use of my technical abilities to launch several mobile applications in a wide range of domains through my organization Mobulous Technologies. When developing mobile applications, my team delivers complex app solutions across industries and domains.

Please provide a brief overview of your product/service?

Mobulous is one of the best companies when it comes to developing & designing mobile applications and websites. We are based out of Noida and have a strong presence in UK, USA, and UAE. We have over 10+ years of experience in this field and have delivered exceptional business solutions to customers all across the globe. Further, we have 100+ app developers who can seamlessly handle any complexity of the project. All business goals are being easily achieved through our modern website & Mobile app development solutions, which in turn, is powered by AI-based Algorithms and Robust Architecture.

What inspired you to build the above product/service?

Mobile phones are quite a trend these days and India is perhaps the second country when it comes to total active mobile phone numbers. With the increase in mobile phones, there has been a measurable increase in mobile applications as well. And we are offering a wide range of services to our customers to capitalize on the opportunity.

What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?

One of the biggest challenges that I had to face was scalability. Also, another challenge was hiring committed and dedicated professionals. Lastly, we needed to be very flexible and powerful while working for different organizations and ensuring that quality is maintained in all the projects.

How did you overcome initial mindset challenges?

We are one of the growing companies and hence we need to take a number of decisions in the due course. Further, the outcome of these decisions can have varied results. Hence, we are challenged on an everyday basis and we try to tackle the same.

According to you, what are the three qualities an individual must have to achieve success?

The three traits that every entrepreneur should have is Decision Making; a Cool and Polite attitude toward employees and clients on one hand, and being a right decision-maker on the other.

What is your life mantra?

My mantra is to contribute to society and the country in whatever way possible.

I start the work early doing the day and start to do difficult tasks first.

What are your plans for the next 3 years?

My aim in the next 3 years is to climb the ladder of success through my organization while maintaining our client satisfaction. Besides this, our aim is also to make Mobulous Technologies one of the best fortune 500 companies and have a lot more global presence.

If you get a chance to start your career again what would you do differently this time?

Team building is something that I really had to struggle with initially. So, if I start my career again, I would like to build a strong team right from the start.
