Please provide a brief overview of your product/ service.
Stem Cell therapy is regularly referred to as future of modern medicine. The therapy works on the scientific principal that since our entire body and its organs are made of stem cells, any ailment in the body can be treated if the damaged cells in that part of the body or the organ can be replaced, repaired or rejuvenated by fresh cells. These fresh cells come from the patient’s own body and hence there is no risk of side effect of the therapy and the therapy provided is completely natural, treating the actual disease and not just the symptoms of the disease.
What inspired you to build the above product/ service?
Stem Cell therapy is the most researched medical subject in the world and we see breakthroughs happening around the world on a daily basis. In India it is still at nascent stage and that inspired us to be part of an industry which will certainly be the Gold standard treatment for most diseases in the next 5-7 years.
What are benefits of the treatment and how does it work?
It is a completely natural therapy that treats the root of the disease. In most conventional medical treatments, the symptoms of the disease are treated and not the root cause of the disease. This is the only therapy where the cause of the disease is treated and the symptoms get better automatically as the body heals.
What is your life mantra?
I swear by 2 mantras is my life. “Everything will be all right in the end. If it is not alright, it is not yet the end” and “Happiness is nothing but Acceptance”. I truly believe in these two mantras and implement them in my daily life vigorously.
What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?
I have always taken the unconventional path in my work journey. I have always jumped into uncharted waters and tried to make a niche for myself. It is a habit that has become a passion. I guess convincing myself and the people around me for this was the most challenging part. Once you convince yourself, rest is easy.
How did you overcome those challenges?
My mantras in life as mentioned above were of great help. So is the consistent support of family and close friends. Hard times are the best filters of people and you come to know who is a true friend. I have applied the filter a few times and now have an excellent support group who stands by me in thick and thin.
According to you, what are the three qualities an individual must have to achieve success?
- Ability to dream big.
- Passion to pursue the dream in-spite of any difficulty.
- Handwork and dedication to compliment the passion.
Share any one habit which you think makes you more productive.
Giving the team authority and responsibility to carry out the task. I rely a lot on my team and once entrusted with a task I don’t interfere in their working as long as results are delivered. I respect their authority and do not try to impose my thoughts on way of their working style. I believe that if given freedom, anyone can perform more than what they are capable of.

One tip to success:
Relish success but accept failure with grace. There is no failure according to me. It is just another way to learn what not to do. Experience is what makes a journey better and failure is as much needed to be experienced as success.
One mistake you believe every individual must avoid:
Not respecting the elder generation. All of us believe that we have the ability to do thing bigger or better than the way our older generation used to do it. It is not possible. They have worked the best way possible with the resources that they have. We must learn from them. They can foresee problems well in advance and are the best guides in times of indecision.
One most important lesson that you have learnt till now:
Success and Failure is only your attitude. If you have the passion to reach to your dream, nothing can stop you.
What are your plans for next 3 years?
We want to make Advancells the de facto destination for cutting edge regenerative medicine in the country.
