Varun has always been an inspirational person with a desire to achieve heights of success. He started his journey towards triumph as a DJ in Indore. He quickly made a name for himself and soon after started a DJ Academy at Indore Named DJING HUB with Abhimanyu. However, this was just the tip of the iceberg. He soon moved into event management & wedding planning and created a huge buzz in that industry.
With an experience of 100’s of corporate events under his belt, he decided to enter the education sector. He wanted to teach students with an aim of practical based education. This is the key criteria for the conceptualization and incorporation of Eduwings. Under his leadership, Eduwings established 40+ franchise centers of Eduwing academy & preschool across the country in just one year. He also takes corporate training classes; adding wings through education in Lake City.
Please provide a brief overview of your product/ service.
We are working in 3 segments –
- Preschool,
- Computer training center,
- Pro skill development center (event management, radio jockey, anchoring, soft skills etc).
What inspired you to build the above product/ service?
Wanted to create jobs for people and employers in society.
What is your life mantra?
Success is journey, not a destination, so keep moving.
What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?
Marketing and financial parts are not much easy as they look 
How did you overcome those challenges?
Support of my elder brother and wife in financial management was great as I was not good in accounting part

How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?
Well, it’s all about team management and patience along with belief that “Ye Waqt Bhi Gujar Jaega” if you really want to overcome from particular problem.

What are your plans for next 3 years?
Want to establish at least 5 coco based centers in other cities like Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi and Indore for pro skills development center and want to grow franchise number for pre-school and computer training centers, right now it is 40 and aim is 400 by 2019.
