He has an MBA in marketing and related support services from University of Wales, Cardiff. Over the years, he has seamlessly adapted himself to changing aspects of digital marketing and has gained the credence to readily conceptualize new and exciting ideas as needed. This has all resulted in his startup called Aarigo. It is a location-based platform that connects service providers, skilled professionals & home based business to their target customer easily and effectively.
Please provide a brief overview of your product/ service.
Aarigo is the India’s first open marketplace for service that helps to connect all types of local service providers. For instance, if you seek for a plumber, or beauty services or pest control and many more, we help the customers to find the professional service provider on the basis of price, quality, and reviews. The customer seeking a particular service done needs to browse that service over the website and then the list of trusted service providers is displayed available in your locality and then the customer can choose the service provider on the basis of price, quality & review.
What inspired you to build the above product/ service?
When we grow up you tend to get told that the world is the way it is. Just live your life the way it, is trying to have nice family life, save money and for this life we give our best and work hard to get a good professional MNC job and then finally life ends. That’s a very limited life. Life can be much broader. Everything around you was made up by people that were no smarter than you. they have changed it and influenced us to make things better. Build your own things that other people can use it. Learning from all this, and tempting to serve the customer and make it easier for us to get along, Aarigo.com was established.
What is your life mantra?
Keep it Simple, do not complicate things Stay Focus & Never Give Up.
What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?
The entire journey of our startup has been one hell of a ride! From actually sourcing right service provider myself to talking to customers under a pseudonym. In this journey, our biggest asset has been our team that stood by through all the learning moments and our customers who kept coming back with constructive feedback on how we can improve our services.
How did you overcome those challenges?
One of the biggest challenges that we faced was the diversity in customer base and keeping up our policy of 0% tolerance in customer satisfaction. There are some customers in India that are willing a certain amount for a particular service but for some that amount may be a luxury price for the same service. So it was quite difficult to arrange the pricing of each and every type of service. The other challenges include finding the right vendors and connecting them to us. Also, the validation and quality check was not a day’s work. It took almost two months for us to validate every provider and service on Aarigo.com.
Share some details about the investments that you have been able to fetch for the business till now.
Currently, we are bootstrapped and very soon will be looking forward to raising funds and in talks with various angles and early stage investor for the same.
How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?
Well, this kind of thing rarely happens but whenever it happens, I think about the very first day when we started Aarigo. That single reason keeps us going and that is “Creating a product which everyone can use”.
According to you, what are the three qualities an individual must have to achieve success?
As far as I am concerned according to me, an individual must follow Strong Vision Strong leadership Qualities Survivor of tough times.
Which online tools/ services/ apps do you use the most and would like to recommend as well?
We at aarigo love to keep things simple hence, we use simple tools and apps like Whatsapp, Gmail, and MS-office.

Aarigo.com is the Mumbai-based online market-based service which was founded in September 2015 our vision has just begun to serve the customer and make life simple and better. We are currently focusing on increasing our customer base and our current set goal is to touch the numbers of 100 Million Indian Users. We also are very soon expanding from Mumbai, the only place we serve right now to Pune, Bangalore, and New Delhi within upcoming 4 months. .
