It is a software development company with expertise in Custom Software Development, Enterprise Application, CRM and CMS, VTS based on GSM/GPS Technology, Mobile Applications, Windows Mobile and Java.
Please provide a brief overview of your product/ service.
We provide the Information Technology related consultancy, which consists of Coding, BI, SAP, CRM, Setting up new firms and IT setup.
What inspired you to build the above product/ service?
It is the passion and need, you know old saying; Necessity is the mother of invention. There are always the new requirements and we are there to cater them. I guess these things inspires me to design and provided the services.
What is your life mantra?
I would say Victim of Desire, it itself clearly and loudly answers your Question.
What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?
The good people can drive your organization to the Apex, so people management was the most challenging area in the Organization in particular.

Share some details about the investments that you have been able to fetch for the business till now.
Well, there is no investment taken by us. We at Auctus are very particular to work in our way. Various Angel Investors have contacted us at times but we thought about our journey and believed that success will surely come along.
How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?
Well!, as I mentioned earlier We have a very good employee communication plan in place, we never try to retain against the employees will, but ask them to follow the HR policies. We are in still touch with our first Employee, who is working in Canada.
According to you, what are the three qualities an individual must have to achieve success?
Passion, Positive thinking and Trust on himself or herself, Its as simple as that.

What are your plans for next 3 years?
It’s uncertain, I enjoy the surprises, no plans, but from a business point of view, we are making our SAP and CRM team strong and looking for a spread in India, other Cities.

I’ll not do anything different. I’ll start over again
