Sanjeet Ray did his Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance from University at Buffalo. Working at CDS Global as an Assistant Manager for three years enhanced his managerial skills and being an entrepreuner at heart, Sanjeet Ray founded Beyond Ordinary, which is a platform that curates products that are suitable for corporate gifting.
Beyond Ordinary has earned a lot of clients including Ranbaxy, Fiat, Procam International, 9X Media, PMG Sports, Nissan, TATA Consultancy Services, Jabong.com and more due to the dearth of innovative lifestyle products as well as the scope and demand.

We are an ecommerce player that curates Beyond Ordinary innovative products. Alongside, we also deal with corporate gifting at a respectable scale.
What inspired you to build the above product/ service?
The dearth of innovative lifestyle products in the country, as well as the scope and demand.
What is your life mantra?
Stay hungry, stay foolish.
What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?
The credit terms clients ask for, because they are so used to the old school method it was a challenge to convince them about the concept of corporate gifting.
How did you overcome those challenges?
It was time consuming but with our perseverance and a dedicate team we managed to overcome them.

How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?
We believe in keeping things fresh and innovative, which is how we prevent brain drain from hitting us.
