When you aim for the sky, it is your determination and perseverance that lead you ahead. Rishi also follows the same motto, which has been the paramount reason behind his success. He started his career after completing his postgraduate diploma in management. He is a serial entrepreneur with a never ending hunger for startups. He has an expertise in business planning, startups, product development, and entrepreneurship.
His latest venture, Struggo, is the world’s first peer-to-peer networking and success crowdsourcing platform for global strugglers and unsung heroes. Struggo has more than 15000 strugglers registered globally in just a little more than 1 week of beta launch. Besides their online free networking platform, there are other interactive activities, including programs, events and services dedicated only to their fellow struggler Heroes.
Please provide a brief overview of your product/ service.
Everyone is a struggler in one or the other phase of life. As a matter of fact, almost everywhere only successful people are admired and only successful stories are heard. But we are here to improve this trend a bit. We believe that every struggler is a Hero. Struggling is the only path to success, and a struggler should never be termed as a failure. Struggling needs courage, patience and a rock solid determination, and thus each struggler in the globe deserve a platform to share their story with other strugglers.
STRUGGO not only offers them such a platform but also help them to find solutions to their problems without paying any fees. Struggo is a FREE (forever) peer-to-peer networking platform enabling strugglers globally to interact, share, discuss, and explore best solutions to their strugglers and problems. In simple words, it is about success crowd sourcing for global strugglers and unsung heroes.
Struggo is presently accessible on both web and mobile, and we would be soon launching a dedicated app for mobile devices. We officially launched the website last week and already started getting a more than expected response. Also, we have a strict policy of keeping the data and all conversations of and about our fellow strugglers / members. Every activity is carefully and thoroughly monitored and moderated to make Struggo a better place for every struggler on the planet.
What inspired you to build the above product/ service?
Our world is full of strugglers. There are strugglers in different phases of life, like personal, professional, entrepreneurship, health/ illness, relationships, education/ career, and lots more. In a general sense, everyone is a struggler, but no one wants to be called as a struggler because most often people consider being a struggler is a failure, which is not right.
We hail from a middle-class family and have seen numerous terrible struggles during our journey of being a serial entrepreneur and setting up our own show. We wanted to build something, something, which could enable the strugglers’ community worldwide, where they could openly interact, share, discuss, and explore best solutions to their strugglers and problems. In simple words, its about success crowd-sourcing for global strugglers and unsung heroes. Thus, Struggo came into existence.
What is your life mantra?
Stop fixating on failures. For a committed person, there is no such thing as failure, in fact, every failure is a precious lesson learnt practically.
What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?
There had been rejections of our concepts several times, and many times we had to face a chronic financial crisis. However, sustaining for as long as possible with a belief in ourselves & in our concept, in spite of numerous bottlenecks & rejections was the most challenging of all.
How did you overcome those challenges?
We took up all challenges is a very spirited way. Such challenges, rejections, heartbreaks, crisis, etc. are the usual issues which entrepreneurs, especially those who do not have very deep pockets, have to face, and eventually, we are one of them.
Share some details about the investments that you have been able to fetch for the business till now.
We have been quite lucky to have raised undisclosed funding from IOWA GLOBAL FI (at idea stage) and got mentoring & incubation from BUSINESS ALUMNI NETWORK.
How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?
Currently, we are a very small team as we have just launched our venture. However, in our previous venture, we always treated our people, not as employees but motivated them as the company’s partners in growth. This helped us to retain them and get the best results from them, mutually benefiting everyone.

Always challenge yourself.
- One mistake you believe every individual must avoid:
Burning money (knowingly or unknowingly) on things which are really not needed.
- One most important lesson that you have learnt till now:
If success had been so easy to achieve, then every third person would have been an Ambani or a Birla.

“The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place and I don’t care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard ya hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done!”
