Social Media Marketing, Media Buying, Content Production and Online Reputation Management
What inspired you to build the above product/ service?
Learning from unfortunate experiences from different vendors, we had realised that the industry is disorganised in terms of guiding the client and adding value from service and quality of the product. Undoubtedly this particular segment has numerous vendors who make the competition cut-throat but still the majority of market stakeholders consider this as a factory based process which kills the most important element required that is creativity and understanding.
What is your life mantra?
If you started something then never look back.
What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?
There are several new entrants in the industry who are not familiar with the tech savvy environment. It becomes very difficult to affiliate them to such an environment. With the emerging e-commerce industry, each and every small detail of content sets the foundations of online presence. There is a vast difference between formulation and execution, thus everything may seem easy on paper but there is a core reason as to why an expertise is offered.
How did you overcome those challenges?
Only with patience and the above said life mantra.
Share some details about the investments that you have been able to fetch for the business till now.
We started our business with zero investments. We progressed further only when we had enough profits to suffice our expansions. However, we were profitable from day one itself.
How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?
When learning ends people feel stagnant and monotonous which leads them to switch over. However, our solution to this is always let them grow in knowledge, learning and personal objectives which enables our company to stand to nurture and develop prospective entrepreneurs for tomorrow.
According to you, what are the three qualities an individual must have to achieve success?
Vision, precision and knowledge
Share any one habit which you think makes you more productive.
Sleep whenever you want but control the number of hours and also stick to your goals ensuring you never deviate from them.
Answer in less than 50 words
Set goals not objectives and timeline them annual/quarterly/monthly. Have a clear vision about what you want to do, the results you want to achieve and go on war until you have achieved.
- One mistake you believe every individual must avoid
Getting carried away, or going with the flow. Not every day or every month is the same so make sure you know your priorities
- One most important lesson that you have learnt till now
Learning, creating, adapting and evolving never stops. And to always be ahead on these fronts you need will and patience to go through all of it.
What are your plans for next 3 years?
Expanding to international markets at the top most priority, rest expansion in terms of services which we do every year by adding in a new expertise to our offerings.
If you get a chance to start your career again what would you do differently this time?
I already started my career with IT, moving on to hardcore finance and then consulting later on evolving e-commerce as a wholesome and finally resting at marketing and business consulting of online and offline business. I don’t think any other path can give me this level of diversification
