Kalpana Chowdhary did Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Human Psychology from Bishop Cotton Women’s Christian College. She has rich, hands-on experience of over 2 decades envisioning & implementing business linked HR and management initiatives across industries, NGO communication, and more.
Kalpana is the founder of Jan Seva Foundation, a free online matrimony portal for specially abled people and develops vocational training online / offline programmes to empower these special individuals to generate employment. She has also been a guest faculty at many prestigious forums.

Jan Seva Foundation is a nonprofit charitable organization founded in december 2011, registered under Societies Act of 1961, Section 80-G of Income Tax Act (donations exempted from Income Tax) & 12-AA of Income Tax Act.
Our NGO’s scope of work is primarily focused on providing, supporting & developing the neglected, downtrodden & underprivileged ‘human segments’ of the society – in the areas of education, healthcare, livelihood & human rights.
The NGO’s governing body comprises of an accomplished panel of seasoned professionals with decades of experience – ably supported by renowned specialists in the field of developmental work, business analysts/strategists, advocates & auditors. The NGO’s banking operations are with HDFC Bank. (leading private sector bank).
Our network is fast expanding across the globe, and we have already started establishing national associate network in major cities / towns of India, and international associate network across the world. eminent personalities from various walks of life have given their kind consent to be part of the cause – extending their strategic, advisory & active support as honorary member of advisory board & project board.
Our key vision & mission is to be one of the most structured & professionally managed international NGO – with a specific focus on efficient administration, strategic planning, unbiased approach, administer sustainable developmental projects, effective execution/implementation of projects, and transparent management of finances.

What are your plans for next 3 years?
I am coming up with an app for disabled & acid attack victims. Its about networking, matrimonial & highlight GOI Schemes.
