Under his leadership, BusyKart.com has seen tremendous growth and now has monthly revenue of over Rs. 2 lakhs. Originally hailing from Agra, he always believed that tier II cities pack a lot of potential for ecommerce industry. BusyKart.com focuses on tier II cities like Agra and offer just-in-time delivery model. The unique thing about this model is that it requires no warehouses or inventory collection.
Please provide a brief overview of your product/ service.
We are from Busykart.com, “A hyper-local online supermarket, focusing on Tier II cities like Agra”. We have just in time delivery model. No inventory collection and no warehouses are required.”
What inspired you to build the above product/ service?
A lot of startups get funding, but none of them focus on tier II cities. I’m sure that small tier II cities have big opportunities for a long term sustainable business.
What is your life mantra?
Have patience and keep moving forward.
What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?
In tier II cities like Agra, it is still difficult to get online orders. Here people have the habit to touch and feel the product before purchasing. It’s a big challenge for us to gain customer’s satisfaction.
How did you overcome those challenges?
Customer can demand for samples before placing an online order. Our guidance team is available to support our customers every time.
