Yojini provides database listing for small service providers which are used in our daily life, like plumber, electrician, painters, masons, carpenters, tailoring, lock and key repair, car rental, we have 100+ categories to offer with more than 2000 verified vendor partners all over NCR
What inspired you to build the above product/ service?
working people do not have time for small home maintenance jobs and personal services, they cannot spend much time to find these service providers as they want to focus on their core job, Yojini helps them to locate these small service providers near their home in quick time, small service providers like tailoring, repair works are not so organized so Yojini aims to bring all overlooked services on this platform

“Start Young” I am also an author of this book.
What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?
most challenging part of this journey was to identify the small service providers and then convince them to get listed on the internet platform, to win their trust was not so easy
How did you overcome those challenges?
The repeated visits to these vendors and daily interaction helped us to bridge the gap and we know them each by name now.
Share some details about the investments that you have been able to fetch for the business till now.
I am a serial entrepreneur and we bootstrapped this company by self-funding.
How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?
Attrition at our side is almost zero, we are small team and keep everyone motivated, sometimes with flexible timings and sometimes by cooling time short breaks.
According to you, what are the three qualities an individual must have to achieve success?
Hard work, consistency and diligent efforts.

I am a fan of Google and get most of my answers from that, I like Amazon kindle.
