What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?
Building the right team and not micro managing them.
How did you overcome those challenges?
Built a very very clear process where each member of the team was responsible for a defined part of the process. Defining the process allowed us to better define the skill sets needed for each part of the process and thus hire accordingly. We also, when we hire, we hire on a test contract basis initially to determine true skills set and working habits within the team.
