Truelancer.com is an On Demand Curate Freelance Marketplace. It helps both new and experienced freelancers through its website. With the increasing internet penetration there is a increased demand of Skilled Professionals all over the world.
Truelancer takes care of entire process of Hiring a Freelancer, One can either post a project or Buy pre listed Service Gigs (eCommerce for Digital Services).

What inspired you to build the above product/ service?
Finding right talent is one of the biggest problem of every business and this problem has created big opportunity for skilled professionals.
Building Truelancer always help me fulfill my vision of impacting life of millions of people around the world, imaging today once can do his work sitting in any location this has helped people in developing countries to make good living by working for global employers.
What is your life mantra?
Just do it and have patience. I believe when you start give your 100% and have some patience during the journey and you will be happy with what you are doing.
What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?
With every business there are one or the other challenge for us the biggest challenge was getting payment processing service for our platform was the biggest challenge but we were able find the solution for this for both India and International users.
How did you overcome those challenges?
Continuous search for the right partners and with the right team we were able to solve those problems.

At truelancer we are blessed with right Angel investors who have put faith in us and the business we have raised a angel fund and are currently looking to raise our seed round of $1M to fuel our growth plans and support the community, also we are making revenue and will also be in operational breakeven in next 3 months.
How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?
The only way to solve this problem is culture and innovation. You need to innovate and keep the right culture which keep the team together.

Focus, Patience and just do it attitude is really important for every individual to achieve success.

Slack / Trello / Truelancer ( we also hire freelancers ) are the services we use on daily basis.

We are building for long time, right now we are focused on Asian Market and are aggressively working to bring more than 30 Million Freelancers online in next 3 years.
