- The unfulfilled demand of good quality home furnishings across the globe.
- Low awareness of Jaipur’s royal culture especially its Home fabrics & furnishings.
- Jaipur’s Artist’s inability to Keep pace with the fast changing “consumer buying behaviour” today.

How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?
Having worked initially in MNC’s ( as a Chartered Accountant and Software Marketing professional, respectively) in Seattle, Norwich, Singapore and Dubai helped us understand the HR processes better. We believe that Employees are the “First Customers” of our products. It is the people that make or break a company. Fortunately, We have never had any dissatisfaction among employees. The teams foster a very healthy environment to keep the growth of the company in a positive spiral.
