What inspired you to build the above product/ service?
The legal industry around the world has not developed itself to face the future challenges. Before the world was entering into a period of globalization, number of lawyers around the world started boutique corporate firms. Hence, during the period of globalization, these firms got immense success and they are now renowned corporate firms, but sadly, none of them has evolved since then. Today the world is coming into an era of “Digitalization” and the era of “Globalization” is ending, but very few individuals realize that in our country those who will be adapting digitalization will be much ahead than others.

I started my venture as a freelancer when I was in the second year of my law college back in 2010 in ILS Pune. However, there were numerous hurdles when you start from scratch, with no capital in hand nor any initial investment from anyone, lacking in business experience and no one to guide you. My business model is a bit different from others, I will like to have an actually profitable company with a very strong roots, I don’t like to have pressure from investors when we are developing. Once I feel eleanora-legal.com has developed itself we will approach the private investors for expansion.
How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?
We have policies in our management known as “free air” this policy allows complete freedom of our employees to work in the organisation. We also follow the “Loop” certain times we send our employees in Singapore and the employees in Singapore come and work in India. This also helps them to get exposure and develop themselves as a professional Individual. We also follow high-grade pay scale we generally remunerate salary more than the market rate. I make sure that there is no Brain Drain in my organisation if there is then I am at fault. If you keep your employees happy they will keep your clients very happy.
