"It is not who you are underneath, its what you do that define you."
If you have a word with people who have worked with Yash, they would all have one common thing to say about him. His determination and perseverance have been the epitome of success. Yash is known to show great professionalism throughout his involvement in helping several startups and medium enterprises across the globe with business & financial planning, analyzing the entire business and strategizing it. He has all the qualities of a leader. He is very courteous and extremely professional and a bright individual with solid intellect.
He started his career as an Assistant Manager at Genpact LLC, and later moved on to become project delivery leader. After gaining ample experience, he started to ponder upon the idea of starting his own company. This is where he launched Infocrest Finweb LLP. Its vision is to be with clients “Since the inception of the business/ problems, analyze it critically and implement the best business solutions across different verticals which can assist them reaching zenith”. No matter, whether you belong to a Product Industry, Service Industry or a Financial Institution.
What inspired you to build the above product/ service?
Starting a new business or restructuring existing business, without a Plan is like travelling a winding road at high speeds with a blindfold on…. This thought inspired me to bring the idea of Infocrest, with a thought process to assist the small and medium enterprises in all business verticals “Since Inception until Zenith”.
There is a big gap to fill in the business society across the globe, wherein small businesses search for all round business experts who can provide a roadmap to run their business in all the verticals of their business and they end up dealing with different companies for different aspects, i.e. Separate company for financial assistance, Marketing assistance and IT assistance, and ultimately ending up their valuable time in coordination and losing focus on their core activities.
To fill in this gap, I have come up with this idea, starting with Financial Division and now just in the span of 1.5 years, expanded it into two more verticals: Digital Marketing and IT. Thus, assisting our customers in all the aspects of the business under one roof.
What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?
The most challenging part of any business is to bring on board the customers and then to retain them by the quality of work you produce.
How did you overcome those challenges?

Please provide a brief overview of your product/ service.

What is your life mantra?
Be passionate about what you do. Eat, Sleep and Drink with your dream, and critically analyze yourself on a regular basis.
Share some details about the investments that you have been able to fetch for the business till now.
I have been lucky enough, not requiring any external investment till date. My business funda is, to keep yourself imaginary in a situation, wherein no funding is available to you (not even from the family) and in that case, the only thing you can do is to improve your strategies to generate more customers which can fund your operational expenditure.
How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?
The best part in my business is that staff get an opportunity to work on new ideas every other day, which does not bring boredom in them, and they find it challenging.
