Please provide a brief overview of your product/ service.

VG Maniaz is a robust online mobile phone and accessories store which provides the best platform for the sale of mobile phones and accessories for the “Jugadu Buyer” along with the best deals. What inspired you to build the above product/ service?

I worked As A Merchant On Many website Like Flipkart , Snapdeal but Like everyone I have many issue with them Like Payment Issues , Customer were not satisfy with there service .

I was dealing in mobile and there parts like Screen guard and all. Somewhere i decided to launch a product that will solve the issues of merchant to Buyer And Here we launching VGmaniaz.

What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?

Basically Whole Jourey Was challenging, I am Currently 18 Years Old , And I am working From the Age of 15 . It was very hard to manage School and work , Everyone Including My parents used to scold me Like ” Padhai pe dhyaan de , Ye sab baad me hotha rahega ” But I was on my way .

I actually Wasted My Many exams and All My friends used to make fun of me .

How did you overcome those challenges?

Overcome ? Actually Still i am overcoming this Things, Study and Work its very hard to manage. People Specially In My Life thing Job is one thing that called Success. But finally Now My parents support me.

Share some details about the investments that you have been able to fetch for the business till now.

We are a self funded startup but now we are looking for some outside investment to invest aggressively in sales, branding and marketing of VGmaniaz. Until now we have invested substantially in product development and improve the quality of our portal now we want to take next step in building brand and to use latest technologies for better user experience.

How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?

Team motivation and making job environment better by giving equal growth opportunities and creating healthy competition in the company with satisfactory salary package.
