All progress takes place outside the comfort zone.

Always ready to adapt and improvise, my passion and occupation go hand in hand. I firmly subscribe to the idea that nothing in this world is unachievable if you’re ready to grind for it. What keeps me going is the constant support of my family, and a team of IT experts who, fortunately, hold the same level of enthusiasm & dedication, pushing me to newer heights in my core business.

Please provide a brief overview of your product/service?

Owner of a rapidly-growing IT company, our services revolve around serving the best web development solutions to clients that ensure their online brand status and revenue stream is supplemented.

What inspired you to build the above product/ service?*

Always wanting to be an entrepreneur, and the willingness to always be better at my job than yesterday is what led to the creation of a small IT company. With a strong background in business administration, I was aware of the promise that the IT sector holds. Since the first day, I have wanted to offer my clients the quality of service that they can be proud of.

What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?

Risk & Challenges are the part and parcel of owning a business, and the pandemic certainly was a rollercoaster period for us. After the nationwide lockdown imposed during the COVID emergency, our ability to innovate was tested, as our financial stability was disrupted. The lockdown forced us into working independently, with only a limited number of projects at hand, but I’m glad we were able to work together and bounce back from that challenging phase with flying colours.

How did you overcome initial mindset challenges?

The first few months of a startup are never easy. At the time when the first brick of my solo venture had been laid, I was somewhat skeptical about its chances in today’s unforgiving marketplace. But as we started to gain better client feedback, it immediately provided a much-needed confidence boost. Thereon, I kept myself well-versed with the latest IT trends to remain in touch with client demands, and we overcame the various stumbling blocks together.

According to you, what are the three qualities an individual must have to achieve success?

Speaking from experience, it’s impossible to achieve individual success without perseverance, leadership and improvisation.

What is your life mantra?

An advocate of spiritual learning, I believe that the solution to life’s biggest challenges can be found through soul-searching, and accepting that difficulties are an indispensable part of life, that’s what helps us grow us as individuals, and achieve success.

Which online tools/ services/ apps do you use the most and would like to recommend as well?

As we are an IT company so we use various software depending upon the verticals, for example, the marketing team uses Jira and Confluence, Balsamiq, Microsoft Visio, Google Docs. Similarly other tools such as

Photoshop, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, PHP, WordPress, Shopify, Magento, WordPress and many more.

Share any one habit which you think makes you more productive.

I prefer to start my morning with a game of tennis and meditation, rather than straightaway reading my emails & task lists. It’s a much-needed fuel I need to remain at my most productive.

Share any one habit which you wish to change in yourself.

While multi-tasking is my strength, I do confess that it gets a bit tricky when I attempt to handle a dozen things at once.

What are your plans for the next 3 years?

To grow as an individual, as a company owner, and continue to provide better service to clients and an even better work atmosphere to my team, as it’s their support that has pushed me this far. I wish to further expand my venture & offer services to even more global clients.

If you get a chance to start your career again what would you do differently this time?

I’d probably advise myself to listen less to the critics & detractors, rather paying more attention to the positive side. That way, I could’ve experienced less pressure at the start of my journey.

What are your top three getaway destinations?

Paris, Bahamas, Lakshadweep.
