What inspired you to build the above product/ service?

The interest towards Automobiles, the excitement in serving customers, the challenge in trying something considered to be impossible, the need for immediate support, the death of a friend, the urge to succeed and the fire from failures.

What is your life mantra?

If you want to have a life very different from others, you should do things which are very different from what others do.

What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?

These are the few challenges we had in the early days of our business

- Organising the mechanic network

- Defining a standard business process

- Making service availability within 30 Minutes

- Gaining service provider confidence

- Declining mechanic skill sets

- Getting the right talents

How did you overcome those challenges?

We are doing the best to keep the impact of challenges to minimal.

- With a strong field force team to organise, train and groom the partner network

- We have defined the business process by iterating through our day to day operations.

- Created a process & technology that helps us to handpick the nearest mechanic considering various factors

- We helped our service partners to gain high volume of work, groomed them professionally and enabling them with required technology support

- We are cross-training our existing mechanic network to cross leverage between skill sets

- Talent acqusition still continue to be a big challenge for us

Share some details about the investments that you have been able to fetch for the business till now.

We are a fully bootstrapped startup. The early investment that has gone inside is the money we had. However, today we are able to invest a little more into the business. Fortunately today we are a strong positive cash flow company with 200% monthly growth rate. There are no external investments so far.

How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?

More than attrition, the very common problem in a early stage start-up is getting the right talent. Its getting even worse these days because the cost of talent has gone high and which is a big ask for any early stage start-up. But luckily we are able to successfully attract few of the best talents for our organisation. I believe, this is because of the core values in our organisation and the individual spirit of each and every one working here. However, strategically we have defined the system to ensure all our employees / partners gets Financial benefits, Friendly Support, Personal & Family time, Learnings, Liberty to experiment, Freedom to Express & execute their ideas.
