What inspired you to build the above product/ service?

Most of my career I have been in a people linked service portfolio. When we started IKYA (Now Quess) we believed that if a customer wanted any form of resource whether it be a CEO or an IT engineer or a janitor IKYA should have a portfolio to service the same. Today if you look around at any employee anywhere in India you can quite confidently say Yes Quess can provide access to that talent.

What is your life mantra?

What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?

It’s important for any operation to run efficiently. To run a cost effective operations with the right stigma of execution is key. It’s not just about burning hours but being smart in achieving the desired outcome. When someone has executed a project for Rs 100 can I do the same at 50?

How did you overcome those challenges?

Working with some fantastic colleagues and team members who share your idea, your vision and more importantly the passion to execute. Doubt there is a challenge that cannot be beaten when you have a great team.

How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?

The beauty about any new organization is that when the company grows the team grows with you. Getting that message through itself is a great way but I think personally the old school method of just communicating regularly works. Being more socially and technology enabled today helps but sometimes we forget that just having a coffee with a colleague could do wonders than a WhatsApp emoji or a Facebook like!
