Varun Choudhary comes from a very strong technical background of 6+ years of experience in web application development. He has worked with clients like R.B. Hayes Presidential Center, McGraw-Hill Education, Carport Central, Argus International, Trinity Holmes and many others.

While working as Chief Technical Officer with Maggcom, Varun realized a deep rooted need for a platform, where writers can showcase their writing skills to attract the right pool of customers. He is also the owner of an IT company named Abax Soft solutions, which deals with application development.

Please provide a brief overview of your product/ service.

Mashupcorner is a platform for writers to showcase the real writing while at the same time, it gives an amazing reading experience to readers. On the other hand, Abaxsoft deals with web and mobile application development for its domestic and international clients.

What inspired you to build the above product/ service?

While working as CTO in my last job with a magazine and being in network with more than 100 writers, I realized a deep rooted need for a platform, where writers can showcase their writing skills to attract the right pool of customers.

What is your life mantra?

Make life easier for others and the life would treat you with lots of reason to be happy. We try and simplify things with our products and services. Be it Abaxsoft, Mashupcorner, Phoneguru or any product/services we have offered till date, the central idea for all of them have been the same.

What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?

We face difficulties with funds. Although, we have tried to cover the expenses incurred through our application development leg of Abaxsoft but, the right break with potential investors could add a WOW factor to our efforts.

How did you overcome those challenges?

We are a team of self-motivated and hard core professionals, who are stubborn enough to taste success and that keep us moving.

Share some details about the investments that you have been able to fetch for the business till now.

We do not have any investor associated with us as of now.

How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?

We try to maintain a very healthy environment within the team. There is no rigid hierarchy, no fixed rules and we focus more on deliveries and outputs rather than punching the clock.

I am a bit lazy sometimes and for that reason I can never be regular in Gym. I wish if I could just be regular there, it would help me lose some pounds around my belly.
