Utsav and Rishabh are one of those entrepreneurs who gabbed on to an idea and while finding a solution for it ended by launching their own startup. There always have been driven by ingenuity and a knack to think differently. This is how the idea of launching a startup ended up in their minds. Their venture Valet2You is an Application generated to abolish challenges ranging from car parking to valet tracking in India. Valet2You brings in the concept for individuals who can register themselves and their car, along with the details of their chauffeurs/valets.

Please provide a brief overview of your product/ service.

Valet2You aims to digitize communications with valets across all segments be it hotels, gyms, restaurants and the like that provide valet services. Also, it is an application through which one can communicate with their personal chauffeurs without the need of having telephonic conversations. The use of the application will drastically reduce waiting times at porches and will also eliminate the need to make constant calls to one’s chauffeurs. One of the most interesting features of our app is a driver tracking software wherein one can track their driver’s location. This will be a step forward in ensuring women and child safety in our country.

What inspired you to build the above product/ service?

Waiting at hotel porches across the country & constant telephonic conversations with personal chauffeurs.

What is your life mantra?

Identify, Study, Build & Solve.

What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?

Having identified a problem, it was hard to come up with a practical tech-based solution. Building the application from ground up has been very challenging for us as we had no background in the tech space.

How did you overcome those challenges?

We do not need to overcome mindset challenges. Our service is one that hugely benefits the users & as such we do not see a problem with changing mindsets.

Share some details about the investments that you have been able to fetch for the business till now.

We have not started the process of finding investors for the business as of today. The entire business has been funded by us directly.

According to you, what are the three qualities an individual must have to achieve success?

In order, I would say Intelligence, Perseverance & Focus.

Which online tools/ services/ apps do you use the most and would like to recommend as well?

Online tools we use are Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn to name a few. These are the primary ones that I’d recommend as well.

Share any one habit which you think makes you more productive.

Physically noting down the points that come up during meetings and making detailed minutes regarding the same. It is not humanly possible to remember every point/challenge that one faces and noting these down provides a road map to solving them.

Share any one habit which you wish to change in yourself.

I would consider myself a little disorganized. It is one of my many traits that I would like to change.
