PMaps Assessment provides assessments and predictive analytics to leading corporate that helps them in hiring candidates with the right aptitude and attitude resulting in better performance ratings and lower attrition.
The right mix of Cognitive, Skill and Behavioral assessments offered by PMaps helps the companies in assessing various traits in the candidate and mapping him/her to the desired job profile and getting the better fitment.
The unique technology – PMaps Invigilator and various simulators (Email, Chat etc) helps the companies in conducting these assessments in the most vigilant and proctored environment and assesses the candidates by simulating the job environment to the best
What inspired you to build the above product/ service?
Allocation of job roles without mapping the competencies of a candidate is mainly seen to be a prime reason of a dip in the performance of a good candidate’ and this candidate leaving the job floor too.
Secondly, money, recognition, fame etc being the different motivators for different candidates go unnoticed since the hiring is majorly dependent on the set of interviews.
Therefore, a comprehensive assessment of a candidate before hiring will help a company and a candidate in appropriate mapping of a candidate’s aptitude and personality with the desired job role

What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?
Every day is challenging say integrating people and processes for creating solution for clients or handling daily cash flow needs. But specifically, anticipating future customer needs and improvising on existing product is really challenging.

Ours is a bootstrap organization. We believe that fetching a new client equals the external money raised through any investor. In fact, each of our client is like strategic investor as they improve our service offering by their valuable feedback and also keep our cash flow running.
How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?
