What inspired you to start your Business?

Being a trained Engineer and an Educational Entrepreneur, I wanted to introduce Science in a very hands-on practical manner to my daughter. I tried everything right from talking to Nandini’s class teacher to trying ideas from the Internet, getting her into a Science class – but nothing worked out.

I talked to a bunch of other parents and realized that almost all of us had one or other dream for our children, however, had little idea on how to go about it.

This was literally a moment of epiphany for me and I thought there should be a platform where we can go about the dreams for our children in a structured and planned manner.

How did you overcome those challenges?

We have focused heavily on developing a very agile and quality conscious supply chain. It took developing of stringent quality benchmarks right from sourcing of material from our vendors, to three step in-house testing process finally followed by a follow-up from the paying customers.

Interestingly, I do three vacations in a year :)

  • Camping: Going out with my team for an offsite in the summers is a ritual – we mostly choose some camping site which is not known to many folks.
