Suresh is a Young, energetic result oriented business management leader, responsible for building, developing and managing market demand, managing business P&Ls efficiently. With more than six years of experience in Business and IT sector, he has undertaken several roles covering areas like sales management and strategy planning. After completing his graduation in electrical and electronics engineering, he went on to pursue MBA in management and operations.

He has ample knowledge in the capital markets and mutual fund Business. His ability to build new territories and expand opportunities towards the achievement of stated targets and excellent decision- making skills with a positive approach helped him in starting his own venture called GyanFinder. It is a platform, which offers fastest and easiest way to find training institutes in your area. Within a span of few months, GyanFinder has been able to make a name for itself with more than 10,000 training institutes collaborating with it.

Gyanfinder helps you in finding the Gyan=Knowledge.

What do Gyanfinder offer?

Our product Gyanfinder.com is a search engine for training institutes and it lists out all the training institutes based on area and subject and shares detailed information about them in Web & Mobile app. It helps in finding the institute that could meet student expectations. Provide the information like new batches, fee particulars, reviews, faculty info, placement assistance, Fee discounts, Certifications, course materials project support etc. of a training institute will help with a clear picture to a student before making any selection.

Gyanfinder also verifies the validity of data and when found appropriate recommends them to the students. We are part of IBM Global Entrepreneurship program, IBM supporting us technically with $1,20,000 worth of cloud servers to Gyanfinder up to one year.

What inspired you to build the above product/ service?

Education in India stills an unorganized sector especially training sector but it has a lot of potential and needy market to develop the skills of the Indian youth. My personal experience of how difficult it is to finding the best training institutes and courses in financial sector in India after my return from Abroad.

What is your life mantra?

I always prefer practical and ground level approach for any problem with, out of the box/Mindset.

What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?

Return to India and understanding Indian mind set of business.

How did you overcome those challenges?

By self experience and understanding in & out of Indian business models & Indian typical customer mind set.

We are in talks with few potential investors to raise around 2 crores

How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?

Team motivation, allow thinking of beyond they can, option to explore in tasks, ESOP.
