Surbhi is a tech-savvy individual with a view that technology is the sole driver of business connections in the current times.  According to her, a person should never stop learning and she implies the same in her life. After completing her MBA in finance and marketing, she launched her entrepreneurship career in the booming ecommerce sector. However, her vision of learning did not stop there as she started pursuing Ph.D. in management.

Her startup, Streetbazaar.in, is a young and passionate ecommerce website that aims to provide good quality non-branded products. Streetbazaar.in serves to the fashion needs of women accessories. Within a short span of time, the platform has garnered over 10,000 customers and it looking to expand overseas.

Please provide a brief overview of your product/ service.

StreetBazaar.in is a young and passionate company that aims to provide quality Indian ethnic products serves to the fashion needs of women clothing and accessories to enjoy affordable lifestyle experience. StreetBazaar.in is a one stop shop for all your fashion and lifestyle needs. As a startup e-commerce store for Indian fashion and lifestyle products, we aim at providing a hassle free and enjoyable shopping experience to shoppers across the country.

At StreetBazaar.in, we make our best effort to achieve the highest level of “Customer Satisfaction and value creation” possible. Our cutting edge E-commerce platform, highly dedicated team, serves their clients in best possible manner and try their best to make customer delight by their shopping and after shopping experience.

What inspired you to build the above product/ service?

What is your life mantra?

What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?

The biggest challenge is to generate faith in customer’s minds, as there are various big players working in the same domain but are unfortunately not able to satisfy various customers for various reasons.

How did you overcome those challenges?

Continuous learning and a good team can overcome all challenges.

According to you, what are the three qualities an individual must have to achieve success?

Vision oriented thinking, management skills and Continuous learning will give you a definite success.

Which online tools/ services/ apps do you use the most and would like to recommend as well?

Facebook and Google ad words are the two main online tools for any online shopping portal. Both these platforms help to generate customer engagement at mass level plus it generates sales as well. Therefore, Facebook and Google ad words will work best for any business.

Brainstorming creates new ideas, solves problems, motivates and develops teams.

Brainstorming motivates because it involves members of a team in bigger management issues, and it gets a team working together.

Ignoring and avoiding hurdles is one of the mistakes many people do. In spite of that, they should face it and learn from it.

If you have trust in you, you will get what you desired off.

Customer base, market expansion, vendor base and technical innovations will be the main focus for next three years.

If you get a chance to start your career again what would you do differently this time?

I would start my new career with more management, more planning and execution skills.
