Jewellery is often stated as a feel good factor for women. It is also supposed to serve as a companion to women at all times. This was the idea that drove Suhali Jain towards her new venture Creador. It is a new jewellery collection inspired by nature. She designs and manufactures diamond jewellery herself. She also customizes the jewellery for clients as per their requirement.

After learning the nitty-gritty of the trade from Indian Institute of Gems and Jewellery, New Delhi, she went on to pursue her passion towards the same. She has also won World Skill India National Championship 2012 and has been featured in academy magazine. Following the successful deliveries of exotic designs to umpteen clients in India, she has now ventured into international space to make a name for herself.

Please provide a brief overview of your product/ service.

I design and manufacture diamond jewellery. I customize jewellery for clients.

What inspired you to build the above product/ service?

Passion for creativity. I always strive to create something beautiful and I found jewellery to be the way to create beauty.

What is your life mantra?

Life is to short to wear boring jewellery. So love jewellery and stay fabulous.

What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?

My knowledge about jewellery is more than my age.

When people see me they think I am a kid but when I actually start discussing jewellery , they are left with no option they automatically listen. As I always say “your knowledge is your key to success not age”.

How did you overcome those challenges?

By increasing my knowledge and understanding about jewellery. I keep on studying anything and everything about jewellery. I believe in my designs, they speak for me.

Share some details about the investments that you have been able to fetch for the business till now.

I am blessed with my fabulous family. They are my support system.

How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?
