Shrishti Choudhary is an IT Engineering Scholar who has a precise philosophy, which she follows to the core. All she does is Eat, Sleep and Code. She firmly appreciates Tech Women Entrepreneurs and believes in changing the globally prevalent stereotypes obstructing the acceptance and acknowledgement of Tech Women Entrepreneurs. A serial entrepreneur, she has multiple startups to her name. She dreams everyday about the ideas that she wants to innovate. According to her, “One
should never stop dreaming to make it really happen”. She considers Entrepreneurship to be her religion, which she practices every day without holidays.
Her latest venture WeLoveHiring was conceptualized and brought to reality are several hours if not days of brainstorming. WeLoveHiring is a platform both for employers as well as for employees, to boost revenue per employee of an organization by enabling the talent measurement in terms of competence, commitment and contribution towards the organization and real time performance analysis, which increase employees’ productivity and thus company’s ROI.
Please provide a brief overview of your product/ service.
WeLoveHiring.com is thus tapping this ever-growing job market by aiding organizations nurture their talent right from day one of on-boarding through its SAAS model, by combining psychology, gasification, algorithm that would help in hiring and training the right employees. WeLoveHiring platform is currently in Beta stage and is planning to use game mechanics to motivate employees by introducing elements like points, levels and goals to incentivize actions. Team at WeLoveHiring is also working towards exploring a framework between converting free users to customers and up-selling paid customers to more comprehensive packages.
What inspired you to build the above product/ service?
As on May 31 of 2014, there were 13.21 lakh companies registered with Ministry of Corporate Affairs which are growing at significant rate. To further add to this, as per LinkedIn survey, India has been adopting proactive recruitment/training methods and in this aspect the country ranks above the global average. According to another survey called Antal Global Snapshot performed by Antal International, a multi-national recruitment firm, where 10,000 firms worldwide were surveyed, the Indian job market is improving with an increase of 19% since the beginning of 2015 with 59% of companies hiring at the moment which caters to positive hiring outlook in companies.

What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?
Changing stereotypes pertaining to tech women entrepreneurs, all the ecosystem is quite supportive but finding right associate and mentors is still a big challenge especially in INDIA, without network it become difficult to find right target audience who will connect and help you in your endeavor.
How did you overcome those challenges?
By showing up at every occasion, improving results and producing output.
Share some details about the investments that you have been able to fetch for the business till now.
Currently in talks with Angel investors, post working on financials and now since we aim towards technology up gradation and team expansion mode we would like to go ahead with our investors to improve our offerings as per market expectation.
How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?
Inspire people and give team mates leeway, if they are good then they will come back with renewed energy and enthusiasm. Military style command and control style hardly works in professional setting, current talent management and engagement style is ask and inspire.
According to you, what are the three qualities an individual must have to achieve success?
Persistence, dedication, & confidence

Google keep to make notes and share with my team, team viewer to remain connected online with my team irrespective of geographical constraints.

Time Management, prioritizing on task execution, setting SMART goals. Has saved me with tremendous pressure at times and also resulted in timely executions of task.

As an entrepreneur, I personally feel, That I need to delegate and multitask more my team members in a more systematic and disciplined manner. As perfection is a myth. It always delivering results on time, It doesn’t matter who gets credit.

Do what you love! Be passionate about work, The fine line between success and failure is that moment when you realize the sun is coming up, you’re still at work, and loving every second of it. To most people, this sounds like torture; to successful people, it sounds familiar.
• One mistake you believe every individual must avoid:
Forcing one self into wrong careers. Living from pay cheque to pay cheque, wearing the golden handcuff, living in the rat race, because even if you win you are still a rat at the end of the day. Be proud of your decision to bring a positive change in the society by sheer determination and perseverance.
• One most important lesson that you have learnt till now:
When you love your work, you won’t work even a single day, your vocation will become your vacation and meeting new people and associate who will propel you towards your goals and ambition.
What are your plans for next 3 years?
Organization key focus is towards talent engagement (attracting and hiring right talent) and talent management (retaining and up skilling existing workforce). Majority of the budget is diverted towards hiring and training of workforce. Human capital is the biggest investment and backbone of any organization. Workforce helps to propel the organization towards its strategic objective. So how can one organization ensure ROI on their investments? What metrics can be put in place to ensure right talent is groomed, developed and retained in the first place.
We love hiring has come up with a SaaS (software-as-a-service model) by providing a smart Recruitment and training platform. Hence to reduce cost per hire by bridging gap between employers and potential candidates. Target audience for these services would be B2B, B2C and B2E organization as well as educational institution. Our three pronged strategy is focused on

3. Organizations
Not only to assist in better job opportunities but also improve value along the way.
If you get a chance to start your career again what would you do differently this time?
I would be doing the same thing all over again as I enjoy my work, it’s my passion! Why would I compromise on my experience and learning curve as a female entrepreneur, I have meet some of most amazing founders, CO-founders and speakers in the startups ecosystem, thanks to my work.

1. Spending quality time with friends and family everyday.
2. Meeting like minded people in startup conference across Delhi startup community and exchanging notes on latest technological trends.
