Please provide a brief overview of your product/ service.

Train senior professionals on cross-cultural, networking and entertaining skills. Also, help professionals upgrade their business communication, meeting etiquette and attire.

What inspired you to build the above product/ service?

By 2001, Indians were travelling, negotiating and networking with clients ( both internal and external) across the world. Besides technical and intellectual skills, there was a need to upgrade soft skills too. As a globally trained & certified Corporate Etiquette & International Protocol consultant, I designed a program which focused on vocal, visual and verbal components.

What is your life mantra?

Soft skills help build and retain relationships with clients, bosses and juniors and its a proven fact that people like to do business with people they like.

What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?

Indians are open to learning new skills – so far the journey has been extremely satisfying.

According to you, what are the three qualities an individual must have to achieve success?

Good attitude, hard work and the ability to manage relationships.
