Which online tools/ services/ apps do you use the most and would like to recommend as well?

Rather than focusing on which tool/app to use, one needs to focus on what goal one plans to achieve (managing one’s time, prioritization, uncluttered mind, etc) through help of technology. Once this perspective is undertaken, there are enough tools/apps to suit everyone’s purpose/interest/preferences.
