Manufacturing Electrical Switches, Accessories, Circuit Breakers and Cables under the Brand name CONA. Our products are known for their quality, value and innovation. We have been consistently developing innovative products at an affordable price.

What inspired you to build the above product/ service?

Electricity is among the basic needs and facilitating the use of electricity while reaching to consumers all across the nation is always an exciting prospect.

What is your life mantra?

Do what you Love. Love what to Do with Passion.

What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?

Making end consumers aware of the utility that our product offers and explaining its functionality

How did you overcome those challenges?

We are consistently looking to communicate with the end consumer through our packaging, collaterals, social media, channel partners etc.

How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?

We are very attached to our core team and fortunately we have never really faced this issue. We give them immense opportunity and independence to pursue their projects and implement them which is difficult in most other organizations.

What are your plans for next 3 years?

We plan to launch several new Modular Switch Products and LED Lighting Products and extend our marketing network to cover under penetrated regions. We plan to double our sale by 2018-19.

Have a long term approach and investing in large production facility.
