As I am a security professional, I inspired by the Customer security needs.

The most challenging part of my journey is set up the organization and Development of Security products & Security related services.

How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?

First up all Brain Drain is not a Problem, It depends on what we think… I always change my mind according to the situation. Positive thinking is the Best part in this situation.
