SG Advocates & Legal Consultants is one of the most prestigious law firms in Lahore providing legal services all over Pakistan. The Legal services include Civil, Criminal, Corporate, Tax, and Family related matters.
What inspired you to build the above product/service?
Inspired by the founder and a Great Leader (Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah)
What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?
The most challenging parts have been:
– Law firm recruitment and talent retention.
– Fee earner burnout.
– Lawyer competency.
– Meeting our clients’ digital expectations.
– Equipping the law firm with the right technology for the new twenties and beyond.
– Thriving as a hybrid-working law firm
How did you overcome initial mindset challenges?
A growth mindset, paired with daily practice, is key to lawyers’ business development success.
According to you, what are the three qualities an individual must have to achieve success?
An individual must be skilled, focused and persistent.
What is your life mantra?
To Serve Humanity.
Which online tools/ services/ apps do you use the most and would like to recommend as well?
I use some local apps which help me to schedule appointments on daily basis.

I want to read one book on a daily basis.

I am so busy that I was not able to get time to join the gym or exercise.
What are your plans for the next 3 years?
I have a plan to expand my business to other cities in Pakistan, with an increase in the number of offices.
If you get a chance to start your career again what would you do differently this time?
I will do exactly the same.

London, Paris and New York.
