There is a saying that if you have a habit, which can keep you awake at nights, then you must pursue those hobbies as a career. Nikita is one of those individuals who have a knack for writing. This is why she opted for journalism as a career. After completing her bachelor’s degree in journalism she went on to pursue post-graduation diploma is the same field.

She started her career as a trainer package producer with a news media company. After a few years working as an independent journalist, she went on to launch her own startup, webnnel. A unique, professional, multimedia web-entertainment platform treats you with fiction stories in the e-novals, e-comics and video formats.

Please provide a brief overview of your product/ service.

Webnnel is a unique multimedia web-entertainment platform. The platform delivers streamlined programming of unique text and audio visual content, designed and specifically curated for the online users. Webnnel is a whole new world of fiction content delivered in the E-Novels, E-Comics and Video (web-series) formats.

What inspired you to build the above product/ service?

The growing popularity of fiction web-content and willingness of larger players to invest in making fiction content for online.

What is your life mantra?

Make a difference! In addition, create and grow!

What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?

The most challenging part has been putting together technology to build this platform.

How did you overcome those challenges?

With this platform, we are trying to introduce a new format in delivering online fiction content and we’ve just gone live on the 6th of august, 2016. And we know that it will take time for users to get used to it so our plan is to be patient and loving towards our users and focus on delivering them some good content to come back to.

Share some details about the investments that you have been able to fetch for the business till now.

The venture is completely bootstrapped.

According to you, what are the three qualities an individual must have to achieve success?

Patience, determination, perseverance

I take the social media platforms very seriously. They are a must!

What makes me more productive may not a particular habit but definitely a curious and creative mind!

May not be a habit but I’d certainly would like to be someone who does not hesitate to pick up the phone and initiate a conversation with someone who matter to the business. I am more of a one-to-one face-to-face conversation kind of a person.

What are your plans for next 3 years?

The plan is to establish a clutter free, quality and value oriented web-entertainment platform. In 3 years’ time, Webnnel seeks to be a prime web-entertainment destination for fiction content that users would want to come back to each week.

If you get a chance to start your career again what would you do differently this time?

Nothing. I’ve always done things with a lot of conviction, belief and being true to myself.
