"The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy."

On the inside, G-Inditure is a team of talented and driven SAP technocrats who constantly strive to set new paradigms in the field and bring their full-scale technology expertise and implementation capabilities to empower clients.

Please provide a brief overview of your product/ service.

We are a Noida, India based IT service provider company established in early 2016. Although, we deal in almost all the IT stuffs, our focus is on SAP Technologies, primarily on Next Generation Technologies, like Cloud Computing, Big Data, Mobility and Analytics. We also provide Online/Corporate training & resources in all these domains. With the help of our global tie-ups, we have presence in almost all regions across the globe.

What inspired you to build the above product/ service?

Considering the SAP Technical Expertise available around, and their zeal to work for themselves in a more challenging role, rather than working as per the needs of the companies, I decided to come up with a company, that will be like an UMBRELLA for all such enthusiastic SAP Technocrats, and also a platform for those who want to learn it.

What is your life mantra?

You are not a victim. No matter what you have been through, you are still here now. You may have been challenged, hurt, betrayed, beaten, and discouraged, but nothing has defeated you. You have been delayed but not denied.

What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?

Finding technical architects and consultants was easy. But the main problem was to find people who would like to join me as REAL partners and manage things along with me. The second challenging part was to convince my then-on-going assignment owners that I am going to start an SAP venture of my own.

How did you overcome those challenges?

The biggest Mindset Challenge was to find partners who believe in expertise and REAL experiences rather than pseudo-experience. Regarding pseudo-experience, I just want to say that Experience comes only with trying-failing- retrying, not how many years you have spent in an industry.

According to you, what are the three qualities an individual must have to achieve success?

  1. Never-say-die attitude
  2. Never-seek-pity attitude
  3. Never-let-anyone else-tell you what you want

Which online tools/ services/ apps do you use the most and would like to recommend as well?

Tool- SAP Service- SAP Staff Augmentation, SAP Learning & Development, SAP Support and Implementation Services.

Answer in less than 50 words

  • One tip to success:

Be water, my friend. Because someday, you will be more than a success. You’ll be a game changer.

  • One mistake you believe every individual must avoid:

Letting anyone cheat you is something, I wish everyone must, at least try to avoid.

  • One most important lesson that you have learnt till now:

Being a winner is more than getting a first place trophy, it is acting like the effort was an HONOR and the trophy is just a DECORATION!!!

What are your plans for next 3 years?

Definitely making our company bigger, with more partners, more architects/consultants and customers joining in. And most importantly, to achieve an ideal work-life balance.

If you get a chance to start your career again what would you do differently this time?

Would go for MBA first of all, and then do the same thing, at the same pace.

What are your top three getaway destinations?

  • Maldives
  • Fiji
  • Kerela
