I am Lê Quang Lương, CEO of Luvina Software, a leading technology company in Vietnam with the ambition of delivering high-quality IT services to businesses worldwide. I spent years studying and working in the Japanese market, where I deeply admired the meticulous and detail-oriented nature of its people. However, I have always aspired to be one of the pioneers in Vietnam’s technology industry, elevating the country’s position on the global tech map. That dream is now being executed with over 800 dedicated colleagues at Luvina Software.

I completed my education in Japan, where I learned the values of dedication, world-class service, and flawless product quality. The idea of a borderless internet inspired me to believe that from Vietnam, we can deliver top-tier IT services to Japan and beyond. Through this, Vietnamese talent can contribute to a more advanced and connected world.

One of the biggest challenges was building trust and credibility in Japan’s highly demanding IT industry. Overcoming cultural barriers and adapting to different work processes required perseverance, flexibility, and a strong commitment to quality.

I focused on continuous learning, treating failures as lessons, and building a strong team. Having a growth mindset and commitment to long-term value creation helped both me and my company thrive in the industry.

I always start my day by handling the most important tasks first, before distractions take over. This ensures that my focus and energy are directed toward what truly drives impact, setting the tone for a productive day.

I’ve learned that just because I can do something well doesn’t mean I should do it all myself. I’m working on delegating more—trusting my team, even when there’s a risk—because true leadership is about empowering others to grow.

Over the next three years, my focus is on driving Luvina Software’s global expansion while enhancing our technological capabilities. We aim to strengthen our expertise in AI and cloud computing to deliver more advanced solutions. Additionally, we are committed to integrating AI across all departments within Luvina Software to unlock extraordinary value and innovation.

If I could start my career again, I would expand beyond the Japanese market and go global at least 10 years before. The world moves fast, and seizing international opportunities sooner would have accelerated our growth and impact significantly.
