He strikes a chord with people quickly, making him excellent marketing/sales professional. He often touts himself as a proud josephite, being completed his B.com in marketing from St. Josephs College of commerce. From there after he studies post-graduation in Services marketing and organization behavior.

Kumail Kirmani is one of the most polished, and intelligent sales professionals. His tireless work ethics, and a knack for knowing just how to help his peers, have given him the title of the most valuable person for any quality sales organization. Currently he is Vice President of marketing and strategy at Sreshta Global offering Finance and Accounting Shared Services, Legal and Statutory Compliance and Business Consulting.

Please provide a brief overview of your product/ service.

We are a team of 3 partners, Mustafa Saifuddin and Shreeharsha two of whom are practicing Chartered Accountants with over 9 years of experience and I am a “Salesman” with around 11 years of experience. Together we run a Business Advisory firm called- “Sreshta Global”.

Sreshta Global offers services focused on the 3 Core verticals of a business: Finance, Marketing and HR. So aim is to let you focus on the core business idea while we take care of the rest.

What inspired you to build the above product/ service?

The experience and knowledge within each of us and the need in the market. We are definitely in the right place and at the right time. It’s the Startup era.

What is your life mantra?

“Live and show how to live” contrary to live and let live, I believe that everyone has the responsibility to #GIVEBACK to the society and the best way is to be an example and inspire people to live life worth living and just not live ordinary.

What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?

We are small for big business and small business cannot pay us BIG. So we modified the number game strategy. We followed the path of making “penny-by- penny” first to sustain as ours is a service oriented business model. Its still a challenge to demand big bucks. We are now able to see the silver lining.

How did you overcome those challenges?

We tapped on to a few interested prospects with rigorous follow ups. We desperately wanted them and we knew they wanted us too. By God’s grace, we have them as our retainers and helping us grow.

Share some details about the investments that you have been able to fetch for the business till now.

We are bootstrapped. Our business is to manage finances of our clients. We better manage ours first :)

How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?

I tend to get distracted very fast while multi tasking. I must reduce my whatsapp usage.

Its never easy to start up on your own. Hats off to all those who had faith and toiled years after years to become successful. Its priceless.

What are your plans for next 3 years?

To be ‘”THE ONE” for every startup in Bangalore and then move across India.

If you get a chance to start your career again what would you do differently this time?

I would focus and stick to my plan and read it everyday so that I don’t go astray.
