What inspired you to build the above product/ service?

One day, I was pondering how nice it would be if there was a platform created for budding writers, author and bloggers to get their work published in just a click right away. I found many talents are being buried since they couldn’t find a right platform to help them showcase their talents in the right way. Adding to this, monetizing with the published works will aim for two birds in one stone.

This one spark gave me the motivation to start BolteRaho, and now I think I have made it!

What is your life mantra?

My life mantra has always been, and will be always be this, “Follow Your Dreams. Or you’ll spend the rest of your life working for someone who did.” I find that this mantra gives me the power to believe in myself, motivates me to work hard to achieve my passion for entrepreneurship, which once was a dream. And, most important of all “Don’t just dream big things, work to make your dream true“.

What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?

I completed my Bachelor of Commerce. I didn’t know how to build a website in the first place. So, I had to sit for 12 hours a day to learn the basics of building website. Later, I found that building website is just the beginning and there are lot more works to do in promoting and getting the World know about the website.

How did you overcome those challenges?

I learnt to create website and all the tools related to it. As we all know, research is a never ending loop, I am still doing research on building and promoting the website to the next level and so. It is only my passion for entrepreneurship which makes me burn the midnight oil.

Share some details about the investments that you have been able to fetch for the business till now.

From the pockets of Founder’s Capital. Haha, that’s me!

And we are looking for some potential investors and partnership opportunities.

How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?

I believe in my team. We work together and grow professionally every day. We discuss issues and work out solutions together as a team. I ask suggestions and feedback from each and every team member then implement the best one, thus encouraging others to think more productive by providing value to their precious and priceless thoughts. BolteRaho is dealing with an interesting challenge to write creative contents and my team has perfectly accepted this challenge.

According to you, what are the three qualities an individual must have to achieve success?

I think if you really want to bring success into your World. You need these three P’s in you.

1. Persistence: You may encounter bumps in the road. You may lose contacts. To succeed, you will have to be willing to persist through difficult times. Nothing can take the place of persistence and you can’t succeed without it.

2. Passion: If you have a passion for something then you are on the unique track for success.

3. Patience: In whatever you take, there will be two sides just like a coin. Good and Bad. You need to be patient to avoid taking certain situations personally.

There are 24 hours in a day for everyone human being in this World. Then, how is that some are able to make the best out of their time and some are not? The answer lies in “Time Management”. And, I believe in it, I think it makes me more productive.

Answer in less than 50 words

One tip to success:

“Resistance to Persistence” is the one tip I would give to succeed in life. You can spot many heads who does hard work to achieve their dreams, but you can only spot few heads those who do hard work with persistence throughout.

One mistake you believe every individual must avoid:

Some people think, “Right time will come”. They don’t realize that this is the right time that God has given them and they need to kick start now, not later. As someone said it right “Create your time, don’t wait for it“.

One most important lesson that you have learnt till now:

Everything in this World is possible. The only thing is we need to believe in ourselves to make that come true. Sometimes people fail and then they lose hope, but they should comeback with more power and passion.

What are your plans for next 3 years?

Since, we do not give us a long deadline. Our target for next 1 year is to be the top 1000 most visited website in India and top most content sharing website in India. We are struggling hard to become the priority choice for authors and bloggers to share their creativity and hands. We are also in talks with few investors who have shown keen interest in investing on BolteRaho to take this to the next level.

If you get a chance to start your career again what would you do differently this time?

I started an ecommerce venture in early 2012 with a vision to be the biggest in north east, unfortunately I had to shut down in 2013 due to non-availability of technicians and financials. I also got an early offer from one of the biggest ecommerce venture for buyout and also multiple offers for investment but I had to reject due to certain circumstances.

So, if I get a chance to start my career again, I would definitely try this out with firm determination this time. Of course, with a lot of support too.

What are your top three getaway destinations?

  • Paris, France: Since, it has museums galore, stellar shopping and busy cafés perfect for people-watching.
  • New York: Since New York is true to its roots and remains a city of immigrants with inspiring architecture and a thriving arts scene
  • Australia/New Zealand: Australia might be on the other side of the world, but its beauty is simply another world.
