Creativity is often said to be the cornerstone of great things. Yet we fail to address the very basic creativity enriched within us. Hariharan right from the start has always had a knack of animation, flash, Photoshop and after effects. After completing his BA in English and communication, he started his career as an animator. With a few years, he gained much credence as a senior animator working on several projects for several companies.

He then started to ponder upon the idea of using his skills to launch his own company. This is when he started brandlovesvideos. It is an India-based startup Establishment, involved in creating remarkable demo videos for other brands, apps, services, products, products and organizations. Their objective is to enable businesses (small and large) to create effective demo videos at a reasonable price. Within a short span of time, the company has already garnered over 60+ clients to its kitty.

Please provide a brief overview of your product/ service.

Our Primary task is making explainer videos. It helps entrepreneurs and startups who are waiting to share their ideas, product’s, brands to customers by breaking the complexity of ideas. We make the technical concept easily understood by the end user, which involves a number of programming codes or related ideas through simple and attractive videos.

What inspired you to build the above product/ service?

The animation is my inspiration. I watched the animation, learnt animation and now we are creating animation. I was into a gaming company where we created more than 100 different slot games and each one was challenging enough to be unique in concept. This inspired me to start up new venture, which does not hold the same routine task but was loaded with thrill and fun.

What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?

Getting the Right Team and Marketing

How did you overcome those challenges?

We started from zero. In a textile city, recruiting the people for Explainer Videos industry wasn’t that easy. Marketing was a hard initially. Our videos were our marketing materials and our beloved clients who shared about BLV with their entrepreneur circle made us achieve heights.

Share some details about the investments that you have been able to fetch for the business till now.

As a team lead of gaming company earned some good Money and bootstrapped BLV myself. Now we are reinvesting the money we are earning from projects.

How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?

Not met that draining situation yet! But sometimes I may lack in connecting ideas and making videos entertaining. So, I immediately grab my personal hard disk which is full of classic cartoon movies and 90’s cartoons which are full of real creativity and most importantly fun-filled. This re-energizes my brain to have a talk with my team about the brainstorming ideas.

According to you, what are the three qualities an individual must have to achieve success?

1) Focus on what you are doing.

2) Realizing that you are on the ride surrounded by intelligent people than you.

3) Loyalty in whatever you are doing.
