What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?

Being a lady in a male-dominated restaurant business sector where only men belong in the professional kitchens was the biggest challenge. Getting everything right such as finding the appropriate location, getting the licenses done, finding the right staff, bookkeeping, account maintenance and training my staff to understand my dream were some of the challenges that were faced by me as a first-time entrepreneur. Changing people’s perception about authentic food from the south unlike what is served in udipis around the city and educated them has also been a journey.
