If you consider him a tech geek then you would be exaggerating as he lives in a world surrounded by technology. He is of the view that technology holds ample importance for the betterment of our lives. He lives to interact with people and observe surroundings to not avoid the chance of getting new ideas, which are innovative as well as helpful. He often looks for people who want to grow in life both professionally and morally.
After completing his studies, he ventured into the tech arena and was soon mulling idea of launching his own company. According to him, his biggest achievement is the launch of TechnoCrips that he started a year ago. Within a short span of time, it has become a one-stop hub for industrial training for software developers. He aims to take the company to higher grounds making it a complete technological hub.
Please provide a brief overview of your product/ service.
We help students to get equipped with latest technologies and working culture during their academic years through our specially designed programmes emphasizing on providing students with practical sessions only. Practical Knowledge itself is superior then Theoretical Knowledge. We provide them with hands-on training on technologies which are in demand by industries itself. We also provide web and Application development to many esteemed clients both in India and Abroad.
What inspired you to build the above product/ service?
When I realized that students are only having or provided with theoretical knowledge and lacking with practical knowledge which is creating problems for them to get better placements after completing their higher education. I wanted that students from rural to urban must have access and hands-on training on latest technologies through my companies workshops.
What is your life mantra?
My Mantra is simple never forget those once who were with you during your downfalls and just do whatever you do not for yourself but for your family.
What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?
To build a reliable team and to continue my journey just having faith on myself and Hardwork.
How did you overcome those challenges?
Just having faith on my karma and hard work.
How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?
I provide people with opportunities and brain drain can only be protected in this way person will not be thinking of going anywhere else when they will be having ample amount of opportunities at same place.

Hard work, hard work & Only hard work.

We use latest technologies as per the demand.

What are your plans for next 3 years?
To expand my company as much as I can and to grow other vertices of ours like IT consultancy and development.

Surely as I know answers of all those questions which I was not having at that point of time.
