“A ship in harbor is safe — but that is not what ships are built for.”

Devashish is a very dynamic and hard working person with an expertise in several programming languages. His colleagues know him as a person who always wants perfection in his work and often goes to the root of the problem in order to come out. He has a bachelor’s of engineering in computer sciences. He started his career as a software engineer at Webyog. He gradually climbed the ladder of success working on several projects.

When the entrepreneurial bug bit him, he launched his first startup MobiTexter Technologies. However, he came to the forefront with Applozic. Applozic helps companies add chat and messaging feature within their mobile and web apps. It is a plug and play messaging library which can be added to the mobile and web apps.

Please provide a brief overview of your product/ service.

Applozic offers white label native SDK’s for real time chat/messaging on mobile and web apps. Applozic’s innovative platform enables your users with WhatsApp like in-app rich messaging with push notifications, cross application communication, message broadcast and SMS/Email fall back for offline situations. Think about any type of conversation (1 to 1, 1 to many, group chat, context based chat, application to user messaging….) and you have it all with Applozic along with rich insights and analytics through Dashboard.

What inspired you to build the above product/ service?

After working at Startups like Azuga, Webyog, Xora I started MobiTexter with my friend and Co-Founder Adarsh Mishra. With MobiTexter we simplified the SMS based communication from multiple device besides mobile but then we started to think around IP messaging. While adding location was simplified by Google and payments by Stripe/BrainTree already, we realized that it wasn’t easy to add real time messaging with simplicity to any website or mobile apps which is an integral part of any business. This is when we started Applozic.
