The question worth answering is why GymChalo…today from morning to midnight often beyond that, all I think about is fitness not just for me but for the masses, I wonder how I got this way, was this the background or habit that I had lived with my entire childhood? Being in a boarding school all I indulged myself into was sports, fitness and health, that being a very important part of my growing years, I thought I would continue this in my upcoming life which would make me a better person, but contrary to my belief, college happened and all that I thought went right out of the window as the other things took its place. 4 years of Engineering changed me completely, from an early bird I became a lousy owl, my weight shooted up from 65 to 75 which was a result of irregular exercise, development of bad habits and wasting time in all unproductive work, it grew as coconuts grew on trees waiting for me to walk under it, taking away what I once thought was the key to my very own existence.

I had given up everything, all I thought day and night was about my diet and increasing weight and last time I checked it was like an alarm shouting it’s time to change, it was time to acquire my lost passion that I had given up just to realize even though I was up for it, the place where I lived wasn’t ready, the people who lived there was still indifferent with this very fact, I was stunned to see the illiteracy level that persist among the people regarding exercise and fitness, so much of unawareness and myths related to every aspect of health, Poor gym condition, inadequate facility, Lack of sports center. I realized the reason y people were so naïve about gym was because there was no one to guide them or to give knowledge about it, to motivate them to work towards their own well- being. I took to my stride and wished to bring in change that really mattered.

I was now ready to tell my story to the world, to impart knowledge about importance of health and diet, to educate them and to give information about everything that deals with it. It seemed like a renewed passion which I wanted to share with the world and what better way to spread the word than internet. I knew it wasn’t a one day task, it required lot more than just a wish to pull out something that was so neglected by the common man. The difficulties made me push beyond my abilities and take that extra mile, as a result I can gladly say GymChalo happened.
