One tip to success:

Your own self-not others, can best define success, it is important that one should believe in himself and work towards it with best practices to be followed. Respect individuals and always keep your own interest last, people first is my mantra.

One mistake you believe every individual must avoid:

Everyone should avoid too much of dependence on others in life , keep it clear that if its your baby , better have plan B in place and make yourself self sustainable to a large extent.

One most important lesson that you have learnt till now:

Never look for compliments. Rather focus more and more on work to compliment your own self. Keep yourself busy with constructive things and focus on CONTENT in life, its paramount for me.

What are your plans for next 3 years?

We are looking at adding newer concepts to Om Infologic and want to take shiksha sudhar’s operations throughout India.

If you get a chance to start your career, again what would you do differently this time?

A full time stud farm manager or owner if I had enough money for the same.

What are your top three getaway destinations?

I love my native state Punjab, fields, horses and Gurudwaras are always divine and serene. I also enjoy spending time at Project Tiger parks: Bandhavgarh is my favorite and passion for Tigers in wild is un comparable
