What inspired you to start your Business?

The initial inspiration was putting creative energy towards something. Business was an outlet that allowed creating something, watching it go from a thought to working in real time and actually succeeding as planned. Each successful business inspired a new one.

What is your life mantra?

Never run a business if it is solely for money. Always have a passion or what you do and create your business around your passion. Don’t follow the traditional business models, create new ones and make new paths for businesses to look up too. Always run your organization with integrity which will instill a trust among customers that will create a positive momentum to grow your brand.

What was the most challenging part of setting up your business?

The most challenging part of setting up the business was the day to day tasks taking too much time and not allowing time to creatively grow the business and always bring it to new heights. The second most challenging part is monitoring expenses and making sure you are indeed running and business and it is making money. You can have a lot of money coming in but have to carefully monitor expenses and getting everything done for the lowest possible price but still getting clients the best possible end product/service.

How did you overcome those challenges?

Hiring great people you can trust. If you have a good team and everyone has their day to day assignments things can run smoothly. It’s when you try to take on everything yourself you will end up reaching a dead end and seek help. Better to setup a small trusted team of employees to run your business and organize effectively so when problems arise they can be handled most efficiently.

According to you, what are the three qualities an individual must have to achieve success?

The vision, passion and personality. Have to have the vision to dream up the business idea, a passion to run the business and see it more than just work and the personality to relate with people. Business is all about relationships so if you have certain type of personality that is trustworthy and personable people are more likely to do business with you.

How did you overcome those challenges?

Keep day to day business fun. If you’re not having fun, what’s the point?
Overlooking the business and making sure everything is running smoothly.
Making sure the customers are getting the best possible product/service.
Bringing the business to new heights with creative strategies and management.

As an entrepreneur, what advice would you like to share with emerging startups?

Only go into a business you have a passion for and will love to wake up and go to work to do. Business is one thing but enjoying your overall life experience is more important and your business should be serving you in this way rather the other way around. That’s the best part as an entrepreneur you get to create your business and set yourself to do something you enjoy.

How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?

Learned from every mistake that was made! If you didn’t go through the mistakes, you wouldn’t have firsthand experience. First you learn what not to do and then you learn what to do.

Company will continue to grow as web brands get more exposure. When it comes to online business the more traffic you can get, the more money the business will yield in gross profit. The more eyes see a product/service, the more sales will come in. At this point it’s about finding the exact earnings per visitor, then calculating how much it costs to get converting visitors and then mass promote from there to grow the business volume as you wish.
