Please provide a brief overview of your product/ service.

Enterslice is the parent company of Netforce & Hivego. Enterslice focuses on startup consultancy & provides financial services, while Netforce is into on-demand technologies and Hivego is a network of co-branded premium salons.

What inspired you to build the above product/ service?

Technology can change lives and solve mass appeal problems. I started Enterslice to bring innovation in traditional businesses. To disrupt Industries the way Uber did and brought transparency in traditional business processes. And my hard work paid off. We are now in two countries, have subsidiaries in technology & lifestyle. We have grown to hundred plus employees and are a Red Herring Top 100 Winner. Startups are changing the way people were doing businesses, kicking mammoths and sharks out in record time; it intrigued me to start something. I followed my passion and that’s how Enterslice was born.

One tip to success:

If you have no startup experience, you should know that traction is critical for both your company’s success and getting investors on board. Build a working prototype, do market validation, make some money, and only then approach investors.

One mistake you believe every individual must avoid:

Making things perfect and delaying the launch. Follow Eric Ries’s Lean Startup Principles. Don’t over-complicate it. You cannot expect the perfect thing in the first attempt. Perfection takes time.

One most important lesson that you have learnt till now:

If you are struggling to get ahead in the race I have a small advice for you; I have never met any successful person with a very easy past.

Increase the Salon base in Hivego to 1000 and enter SE Asia Market

If you get a chance to start your career again what would you do differently this time?

I’m happy on the current track. It’s fascinating.
