He has bachelor’s of engineering in electronics. He started his career as a research analyst. However, his true ingenuity came to the forefront when he cofounded Stratagem Paramount Consulting LLP. It is a consulting firm based out of Mumbai, India. They specialize in Management Strategy Consulting, Sales & Marketing Consulting and Operations Strategy Consulting, Sales and Distribution in 3D Printing Industry.
Please provide a brief overview of your product/ service.
Stratagem Paramount Consulting LLP is a distribution house for new and innovative products. Our one of the vertical is into the selling of 3D Printers of different technologies and its accessories along with 3D printing services. Along with this, our services include Designing – Prototyping – Product development.
What inspired you to build the above product/ service?
As we all three partners come from an engineering background, we always dreamed of starting a company of our own making Sales & Marketing our line of business as in our engineering days we were a part of various college level organizations where we have done the ground level work in every which way possible. We did not want to do traditional product selling. We used to see a lot of innovative products developed all across the globe which was new and interesting. We decided we would be working differently in different sectors to gain more insights about the market. During this course, we realized it is hard for the hardware startups to set their foot in the market in terms of distribution of their products. So this was the thing which actually inspired us to help such startups to sell their products in the market.

Work Hard – Success is just a step away.
What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?
As we mentioned before we deal into the selling of innovative products, so in such cases the market acceptance of those products takes time. So sustainability in such scenarios is big a challenge.
How did you overcome those challenges?
Being positive and never letting down our confidence on the team as well as the product.
How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?
We make our fellow associates so important in the company that we give them a feel of ownership in the work they do. We not only listen to their ideas but also appreciate the kind of effort they put in. We feel that an individual does not run the company it is the team that marks the success of the company.

Today in the world of technology where most of the things are online and it gives a good platform for the organization, It is really necessary to be a part of that.
