Well there is clear cut gap and need for identifying quality talent for various organizations, beyond this we understood hiring is not the core strength of any organization while it still remains the most important step for them to succeed.

When you run an organization you see challenges & road blocks every day. Being an entrepreneur you have to solve these challenges and clear each & every road block. While it is easy to say this, believing in yourself, being persistent, never give up hope and being continuously motivated has been the toughest challenge for me.

Well, we have always been a Company which has believed in growing organically hence we have not had a need to chase the investors. 4. Truecaller and Rapportive are really awesome tools. They help me in identifying and knowing more about people whom we meet or speak to.

• One tip to success:-

There are two keys to Success,
-First is Failure - Every time you fail, you have something to learn from it.
-Second is happiness - Happiness is about doing what you love, if you love what you are doing, you will be successful.

The biggest mistake people do, is they give up easily.

We plan to grow Three Times from the place We stand today.
