"Patience is the key to success."

Ankit is one of those individuals who have always been intrigued by startups and entrepreneurship. He is a serial entrepreneur with several startups to his name. He has an expertise in marketing strategy, social media marketing, and team management. He started his first venture four years ago and then went on to launch three more startups over the next few years. He came to the forefront with his latest venture EBazar.ninja. It is an online ecommerce store with a diverse collection of products ranging from electronic gadgets to home décor, from bathrobes to baby kits and essentials, from male clothing to women’s ethnic wear.

Please provide a brief overview of your product/ service.

E Bazar Ninja is an online e- commerce website that started with an aim to cater the ever-increasing demand of an online customer base with a belief that online consumers is the face of Indian consumerism.

What inspired you to build the above product/ service?

I have seen these all years a continuous increase in the demand of the online consumer market and it also has predicted to further increase by 15 to 20 % by the end of this fiscal year. Coming from a marketing background I quickly assessed the demand to today’s customers and thought of starting a venture called E Bazar Ninja. All these factors were motivating factors to start up an online e commerce marketplace.

What is your life mantra?

My life mantra is Rukna Mana Hai.

What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?

The most challenging part was managing a transition from the business owner to entrepreneur and realizing that one also need to switch gears from marketing, branding to finance management and all other duties also. Initially, one has to perform each duty in an amicable manner and when my team size increased the work become more and more segregated. Another challenge is to stay motivated all the time as your duties are round the clock.

How did you overcome those challenges?

There were some initial mindset challenges but when I have seen a considerable growth in an online e commerce business my initial inhibitions turned into confidence .An in-depth research and my experience in marketing helped me in overcoming my initial challenges.

Share some details about the investments that you have been able to fetch for the business till now.

Till now we are self funded.

According to you, what are the three qualities an individual must have to achieve success?

For me, three things are of the utmost importance. One is staying motivated even if surrounded by odds secondly being truthful and thirdly patience is the virtue of all.

Which online tools/ services/ apps do you use the most and would like to recommend as well?

True caller – as you can avoid junk calls and know the name of the person. WhatsApp- I feel it is the most important tool in the today’s world and provides perfect platform for connectivity.

My determination towards the perfection makes me productive and myself assessment from time to time helps me to lead to it.

Managing time – It is an utmost important wish as I am unable to give time to my family and friends.

One tip to success is that one should be confident and driven by inner energy to achieve success. If your inner energy is channelized in such a positive manner that it will help to overcome all the odds you will face be it job, family or business.

One common mistake is not having a clear vision. It is one of the salient features of the productive individual and has to keep in our minds. As I have seen today’s youth is focused on too many things and thus losing the core of productivity.
